This is my first time doing commssions so things may change like prices, info, etc.
terms of service
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD
Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for two months, or when work has not been completed within agreed time.
Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial purposes without additional fees.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
If the customer is being rude or mean to the seller, the seller has the right to raise the price of the commsion or cancel it with a full refund.
TERMS OF SERVICE PLEASE READ
LAST UPDATE: 1/4/2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
2. All payments must be through PayPalPRODUCT DELIVERY
3. Final version will be emailed. Customer is not allowed to post on any accounts, but can share on stories with credit.REVISIONS
4. Customer has the right to 3 complete revisions in the sketching phase. Even if they only ordered a sketch.
5. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
6. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD
7. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.REFUND POLICY
8. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within the agreed time.
Refunds are not allowed once the commission is finished.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
9. Commerical use is only allowed if the customer says so in the Google Forms. Commerical use will be double/triple the price depending on the work.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI of any kind, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
10. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
11. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order or increase in price. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.

NSFW, Proshipping or other problematic ships, Realism, Backgrounds I can't do, anything I am not comfortable with, or would be too complex for me.
Important: Times are only for how long it takes me to work on something minimally, not how long it will take for you to get the piece. I will tell you an estimated timeframe when we are emailing.
Putting in a Google form DOES NOT guarantee you a slot.
Prices you see here are only starting prices, and the final price could go up a few dollars or more depending on how complicated the drawing is.
Shown times are also not final, and the commission can take more or less time.
